*runs as 5000 Anti-Iway guys charge after him and he slams the door*

Ok some people are going to kill me but I was thinking of adding a Shouter that has helpful shouts to help the entire IWAY Team out. Currently I go into groups and warn them that I'm a shouter they don't seem to mind.

Anyways heres the build.

Sword is more ideal for this build because I am using the Elite for another thing. Use CHARGE to provide a quick boost for ALL your allies and pets towards your target. Spam "Watch Yourself" around your fellow IWAYers to prevent some damage and use "Shields Up" also.

Comments, inprovements?

Your attribute distribution suggests the use of no runes. I would consider using Fear Me! since you aren't exactly dealing a lot of damage with the occasional Final Thrust.
